Our dog daycare gives your pup a place to run and play with their BFFF (best furry friends forever) while you’re at work or just out for the day. For many pup parents, leaving their furry family member for the first time can be a stressful experience.
Elite Canine Club will go the extra mile to calm both dogs and their parents. We’ll care for your pup as if they’re our own and treat them like the really big deal they are!
As we care for your dogs in our family home, they gain a second loving family. Our dogs become part of our pack.
Help is always on hand with Lee, Olivia, Abi and Nanny Sue being part of my pack.
Whilst they are in our home, we treat your pup to fun-filled days of safe socialisation with other dogs, interactions, exercise, and the opportunity to burn off plenty of their pent up energy.
Your pup’s first day at Elite Canine Club will be fun and exciting, but just like every new experience, it can take some getting used to. They’ll be running with the pack in no time! We will help your pup take stock of their surroundings, introducing their BFFF that will help channel their natural pack instinct. After spending the day in our dog daycare, your pup will be ready for a good night’s rest.
At Elite Canine Club, your dog’s safety and well-being is our first and foremost priority. That’s why we have a number of safety protocols in place such as, Certified Canine first aiders, pet-friendly cleaning supplies, calming atmosphere throughout to keep nervous dogs at ease and separate rooms for naps, especially for Elite's puppy's.

Wanting to be social is deeply instinctual for dogs, that’s why we integrate open play with others into their daily routine. Regular playtime with other dogs has numerous benefits, including:

Finding their BFFF (Best Furry Friends Forever)
With Elite Canine club, your furry family member will learn how to be a well balanced pup. Each new dog gets a "Repawt" card at the end of the week detailing their behaviour, who they made friends with, and how well they interacted with the hoomans and other pups. We also provide our regular customers with frequent updates on their dog’s temperament, as well as advice on how to replicate their training at home.
We know structure is important for your dog’s development. Here’s a typical day at our doggie daycare:

7. 00 am. Safe, supervised open-play time which includes running, playing, sniffing and fun with their BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever)

10 am. Walk to a local park.

12 pm. Well-deserved nap time. Each dog is provided some much needed “me” time so they don’t get over stimulated in exciting environments like a playroom. During this time, we also provide lunches when applicable. We also use this time to proactively clean the playroom before an afternoon of play! We will closely monitor your pup and may give them extra breaks throughout the day, if required.

1pm Enrichment time. This may include Kongs, Lick matts, biscuits scatter, snuffle matts or even the agility tunnel or paddling pool in the warmer months.

2 pm. We undertake the second walk of the day. This is at least 20 minutes of lead walking. No more than 2 dogs at a time do lead walking and when possible help with any lead walking difficulties you may be having at home.

3 30 pm. Before your pup goes home we give them a full check over, teeth, nails, gums etc. This is done while they have a nice brush with doggy cologne.

4 pm until last pick up. Open play, before pet parents pick up a tired, happy and calm dog.
A SAFE AND TRUSTED HOME
FOR YOUR PUP
Our home has a fun playroom that provides everything an active pup needs, including space and supervision. There is also space to run outside in an secure garden.
All our equipment and cleaning products are designed with your pup in mind. Our standard is to disinfect all surfaces and equipment twice daily with pet-safe cleaning products.
Before playing with us, all dogs must participate in a Meet & Greet session in our home to ensure they are a good fit.

Socialisation

Dogs must be safely socialised with other dogs in order to grow into well rounded pups. At Elite Canine Club, we pre screen and evaluate every dog before they are approved for daycare. Although dogs can get sick just like at a child’s daycare, we also have a strict cleaning protocol that reduces the transmission of illness. Elite Canine Club provides a fun, nurturing environment where dogs are 100% supervised during open play.
Education

At Elite Canine Club, dogs don’t just play, they learn. We guide all dogs on every visit to ensure they live up to their full potential. They learn how to behave in social situations and be more comfortable around new dogs and new people. I provide quality care 8-10 hours of open play with brain games to improve behaviour and manners, and keep dogs engaged.
Exercise

Consistent physical exercise is important to the growth and happiness of your pup – of course, there’s a whole lot of health benefits, too! Dog obesity is a serious health concern, as it increases the risk for osteoarthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, cancers, ligament injuries and decreased life expectancy. Plenty of playtime enhances dog health and longevity, leaving furry pups happy and relaxed. With 8-10 hours of open play, Elite Canine Club offers pups plenty of exercise to help ensure a healthy weight, a strong heart and a good night’s sleep!

We also provide at least 2 20 minute walks for dogs who are able. If they are too young or too old for these walks we substitute this with other enrichment activities.

At Elite Canine Club, our mantra is to offer Their Best Day Ever! In addition to playroom activities, your dog will enjoy a variety of themed parties and doggie photo ops throughout the year, so your pup can expect to play, run, learn and rest – and most importantly, they will meet their BFFF....!
Dogs like to play like dogs! They will run, chase, be chased, grab each others necks, fall down, bark, trip, pull on each others’ ears and tumble around. To pup parents, this play could look worrying, but this is standard dog play! I will monitor your pup to make sure they are safe and having fun playing with the other pups in our home. If at any point your pup gets scared or overwhelmed, I will intervene.
NO NEGATIVE IMPACT ON
HOUSE TRAINING
Dogs don’t think about inside vs outside the way people do. They view the world around them through smell, sight and sound in a different way. Their nose will be full of new scents to explore as they meet their new BFFFs. They will see many wagging tails and hear excited yips and words of praise for playing excitedly! Because the sights, smells and sounds of our rooms are different from what they experience at home, you don’t have to worry about it impacting your house training. After years interacting with dogs, we can confidently say that open play at Elite Canine Club, does not translate to dogs going potty in the house.
