TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Elite Canine Club is Licensed with Warrington Borough Council (HB24), and insured with Pet Plan Sanctuary.

Daycare is available from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 .00 pm Saturday and Sunday's are available for overnight stays only.

Daycare Prices:

1 Full day session: 

  • 1 dog     £20.00

  • 2 dog    £35.00

Boarding Prices:

  • 1 Dog    £25.00 per 24 hours

  • 2 Dogs £40.00 per 24 hours

Overnight care within daycare sessions £5.00 per dog

4 weekly payments are due on the first day i.e.- weekly cost x 4

Cancellations Daycare

within 24hrs - full daycare price is due

within 48hrs - £10 daycare price is due

Cancellations Boarding 

Within 14 days it's full payment

Within 28 days it's loss of deposit

Holidays "inc" School holidays, other absences 

Holding a daycare space in the event of absence is £10.00 per dog per day(s,) daycare space. Please note if payment terms are not met you agree to release your daycare space to Elite Canine Club and agree to forfeit your future care.

Daycare hours are 07 :00 am until 18 :00 pm Monday to Friday

*We only take overnight care at weekends.*

To maintain the health, safety and well being of all animals and humans the following Terms and Conditions apply to both daycare and overnight boarding:

                       

 1. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you drop off your dog for any of the services we offer.  This includes payment, cancellation and liability.

2. We are unable to keep dates available after 24 hours post visit, without payment of deposit or payment in full if within a 4-week period.

3. Bookings are confirmed after a meet and greet and:

  • All paperwork or online registration completed before start date

  • We have a copy of your dog’s vaccination card

  • Full deposit is paid / or full booking if within 4 weeks of holiday

4. By booking / visiting Elite Canine Club you acknowledge and fully understand that there are certain risks involved with daycare, overnight boarding etc.  These include, but not limited to:

  • biting

  • fighting

  • transmission of disease.

5. Each dog must arrive at our front door on a lead and with minimum of fuss.  Please be aware our business is in our home and our neighbours have the right to not be woken by unruly dogs.

6. We politely request that you do not allow your dog to use our front garden as a toilet.  If an accident does occur please can you alert us to clean it up immediately.

7. Please ensure the front gate is closed at all times to prevent escape.

8. When you drop off and collect your dog, we will not invite you into our home.  Dogs can become protectors of their owners, We try to keep noise to a minimum for our neighbours.

9. All dogs must have a correctly fitted collar / harness with your details on it.  We also need a normal lead for your dog.  We do not use extendable leads due to safety issues.

10. If your dog requires a meal whilst at daycare/boarding please supply the correct amount, with your dog's name on.

11. Daycare/boarding payments are due on the first day of the week that your dog attends.

12. Dogs with regular days have first priority for those days the following week. 

11. Remaining spaces will then be available to other dogs attending as required.

14. We don't offer ½ days

15. When attending for visits, please ensure your dog arrives with an adult who knows the dog fully.

16. During visits please do not bring any children under 16 years old.  Please no more than 2 people to arrive with the dog.

17. Our cancellation policy for daycare is strict.  We require full payment for any days cancelled in the same week.  This is due to limited spaces we have available.  On occasion we may be able to change days or carry a payment over.  This, however, is not guaranteed.

18. Our daycare service has a small group of dogs.  As we are a home-based service, dogs are mixed together based on temperament.  Each new dog is carefully assessed to ensure their social skills are suitable for our pack.  Dogs are allowed all over the downstairs of our home and within our fully secured back garden.

19. We have quiet rooms upstairs if we feel a dog needs a time out from the other dogs, this gives them a chance to rest in a quite space.

20. Our daycare dogs have priority for home boarding.  We do get very busy from April - September every year.  If you are going on holiday, we strongly suggest you book in ASAP.

21.  We ask that all dogs arrive before 10am.  This allows the pack to play and help us to organise the day.  We ask that you do not arrive earlier than 7am. 

22. Clients who want dogs to attend during school term time only are very welcome, space permitting.

23. We reserve the right to take breaks, holidays etc.  Where possible we will give all owners at least 4 weeks' notice.

24. Daycare will be available during our home boarders holidays.

25. We will be closed for all Bank Holiday's. 

26. Each dog has a file in which we keep updated vaccination cards, kennel cough vaccination and Flea / worm treatments.  Please let us know each time you update your dog’s details. 

27. We close on the last Friday in December for two weeks. We reopen on the first Monday in January. Please note that the date in January may change, but ample notice will be given.

IMPORTANT FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING AND CUSTOMERS WHO ARE GOING ABROAD.

Terms and Conditions update OCTOBER 2024.

1. Please ensure your Travel Insurance policy included dog (animal), and boarding/kennel cover. Proof will be required

2. if you cannot travel due to airline problems Elite Canine Club will still require full payment for your booking as you can claim it back through your insurance.

3. If you have changes to your holiday booking such as late coming home, then we will continue to care for your dog /"dogs until you return. Payment will be £25 per 24 hours for 1 dog and £ 40 per 24 hours for 2 dogs.

4. Any last-minute changes need to be discussed as soon as possible.

5. We only accept overnight boarding bookings once an overnight paid trial has been conducted and both parties are happy, the full non-refundable deposit of £35 is paid.

Service Agreement

This document is an agreement between Elite Canine Club (the pet service provider) and the owner of the dog.

These written conditions and the booking form constitute the entire agreement between the client and Elite Canine Club. These conditions supersede any previous agreement.

1. I authorise Elite Canine Club to carry out services, as outlined in forms that I have submitted. I agree that all of the completed information forms provided in association with this document, are true to the best of my knowledge and may be used by the Elite Canine Club as and when required.

2. Elite Canine Club reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, at its sole discretion likewise, the client may terminate the contract at any time. Notice must be given either by email or text message by either party wishing to terminate the contract.

3. Elite Canine Club agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement and supporting documentation in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services, and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waivers and relinquishes any or all claims against Elite Canine Club, it’s employees or assigns.

4. All dog owners will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet sitter or other persons by the pet. The pet owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the pet service provider in the event of a claim by any person injured by the pet. Example of unsafe behaviour: biting any human or attacking other dogs. All fee's will be retained.

5. Fees are earned upon acceptance of agreement and are due as outlined in the booking form and in our policy document.

6. I authorise Elite Canine Club to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my pet. I accept responsibility for any charges related to any form of emergency care. I authorise the pet service provider to utilise an alternative veterinarian in the event that my primary veterinarian is unavailable. Every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to emergency care. I agree to reimburse Elite Canine Club for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food, or supplies.

7. I confirm that all vaccinations, licences, and any other lawful requirement for this service are current. I authorise this contract to be valid approval for all future services so as to permit Elite Canine Club to accept my telephone/email reservations. I have completed and signed required veterinary release forms. I have read and agree to the aforementioned Policies and Procedures, which are part of this agreement.

​8. I, hereby certify  that  my  dog(s)  is/are  in  good  health,  have  not  been  ill  with  any  communicable diseases  or  parasites  in  the  last  30  days,  and  have  not  harmed  or  shown  aggressive  or threatening  behaviour  towards  any  person  or  any  other  dog.

9. All dog owners will be responsible for all damages your dog destroys including any out of pocket expenses, including any replacements required. 

INHERENT  RISKS  OF  PLAY. 

I understand  that  Elite Canine Club is an home based play environment  and  because  of  this  there  are  inherent  risks,  which  even  when  closely monitored,  may  result  in  the  following:  

 

a)  Transfer  of  communicable  parasites  or  an  illness  such  as,  but  not  limited  to,  the  canine papilloma  virus  also  known  as  “puppy  warts”,  or  an  upper  respiratory  illness  like  Kennel Cough,  which  can  be  caused  by  a  contagious  bacteria  or  virus.  

b)  Injuries,  usually  benign,  such  as  broken  nails,  sore  pads,  puncture  wounds,  abrasions  and cuts,  particularly  in  shorter  coated  breeds,  etc.  

 

c)  Behavioural  problems  and/or  changes.

PET  HEALTH  ISSUES  WHILE AT ELITE CANINE CLUB. 

If  health  or  behavioural  problems  develop  with  my dog(s),  I  understand  that  these  will  be  treated  as  deemed  best  by  the  staff  of  Elite Canine Club within their  sole  discretion,  and  that  I  assume  full  financial  responsibility  for  any  and  all  expenses involved.  If  my  dog(s)  become  ill  or  injured,  or  is  suspected  to  be  ill  or  injured,  or  if  for  any  other reason  veterinary  care  is  indicated,  I  authorise  Elite Canine Club to  seek  and  provide  veterinary  care from  my designated  veterinarian  or  a  veterinarian  of  their  choice.  If  my  dog’s  condition  is  urgent, I  understand  that  Elite Canine Club  will  seek  care  at  the  closest  veterinarian  office  location.  During  my absence,  Elite Canine Club will  be  caring  for  my  dog.  In  the  event  of  an  emergency,  I  authorise  the release  of  all  medical  records  pertaining  to  the  medical  needs  of  my  dog(s)  to  Elite Canine Club.

 

 I  give representatives  of  Elite Canine Club authorisation  to communicate  with  said  veterinarian  regarding  the  diagnosis,  prognosis,  and  treatment  of  my dog. In  the  rare  and  unfortunate  event  that  my  dog  becomes  deceased  while  in Elite Canine Club’s  care,  my dog  will  be  taken  to  my  designated  veterinarian  and  maintained  for  pick-up  or  further instruction.  If  a  necropsy  is  performed,  I  give  permission  for  the  veterinarian  to  release  any  and all  findings  to Elite Canine Club.

I am aware that I shall keep a signed copy for my records.

USER CONTENT

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

You grant to Elite Canine Club a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.  You also grant to Elite Canine Club the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Elite Canine Club or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

Elite Canine Club reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or stored on Elite Canine Club servers, or hosted or published upon this website.

Notwithstanding Elite Canine Club’s rights under these terms and conditions in relation to user content, Elite Canine Club does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, this website.

At Elite Canine Club we’re a unique breed. We love and care for your pup like you do we realise that your pup is a furry member of your family and deserves the love and highest level of care possible. We do exactly what you do just under a different roof. With our daycare, boarding & puppy care you will be treating your pup to "THEIR BEST DAY EVER"!
